On your iPhone. If you're signed into iCloud, Rayu also keeps a copy in your own private iCloud account, so they survive a lost or replaced phone. Settings → Backup tells you, in plain words, which is true right now.

Rayu works exactly the same, and everything stays on your iPhone. Settings → Backup will say so, so you always know where you stand.
Press and hold it, then choose Delete. To remove everything, delete the app — and to remove the iCloud copy too, go to iPhone Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage and remove Rayu's data.
Yes — Settings → Family. You can add someone, rename them, change their colour and change their voice at any time.
Everyone in your Rayu gets their own typeface. Everything they ever said is set in it, so you can tell who's speaking at a glance. Change it in Settings → tap the person → Voice.
